The official national forecast issued 04:00 today (Mon 2 Nov) has no tropical cyclone inside PAR; Typhoon In-fa is about 2,175 km east of extreme northern Luzon and now moving west at about 15 km/h, so keep an eye on later updates. The northeast monsoon affects only extreme northern Luzon. For our area: partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms; coastal waters light to moderate NE-E wind, slight to moderate seas. Confirm slack times with your dive op. Depths are typical ranges, not verified per site.
