Sunday 1 November 2026 (forecast as published Sat 31 Oct)

Light wind and tides near neaps: E 6-7 kn (gusts to ~20 kn late morning), easing to 4-5 kn mid-afternoon; seas ~0.15-0.25 m in the bays (~0.4 m West). Some early drizzle, then mostly dry from about 12:00 to 17:00; showers return from about 18:00 (~5 mm for the day, much of it overnight). House sites, wrecks and walls any day slot; Escarceo toward the 16:26 high (ask your op); Verde only on an early boat near the 09:27 low slack, if your op is happy (Verde rain chance 64-82% from 09:00 to 11:00). Night dive at house sites, likely wet.

Areas at a glance

13:30Good
18:00 nightFair

Sheltered from the light E wind (6-7 kn, gusts to ~20 kn). Drizzle early morning, mostly dry from about 12:00 to 17:00, then showers (rain chance 45% at 18:00, 71-90% from 19:00, light amounts).

Escarceo Point

18:00 nightPoor

Tides near neaps (last quarter Mon 2 Nov), so currents weaker than earlier in the week. Low 09:27, then a small flood (~0.6 m) to the 16:26 high and a long stand to the 17:29 low. Ask your op for slack; afternoon toward 16:26 is the easiest window. Seas ~0.2 m.

SE walls

SlotRating
9:00Good
11:00Good
13:30Good
18:00 nightPoor

Light E wind onto the walls but seas only ~0.15-0.25 m; gusts to ~20 kn late morning, wind easing to 4-6 kn after 13:00. Not a night option.

Ernie's Cave/Dungon Wall

SlotRating
9:00Good
11:00Fair
13:30Fair
18:00 nightPoor

Weak neap currents; easiest near the 09:27 low or toward the 16:26 high.

Verde Island

SlotRating
9:00Fair
11:00Poor
13:30Poor
18:00 nightPoor

Crossing looks easy (seas ~0.2 m, 6-7 kn), but the Verde rain chance is 64-82% from 09:00 to 11:00 and 61-66% at 13:30. Low slack 09:27 suits only an early boat; experienced divers (AOWD or higher), if your op is happy.

West side

SlotRating
9:00Good
11:00Good
13:30Good
18:00 nightPoor

E wind is offshore here; seas ~0.4 m, easing to ~0.3 m by late afternoon. Mostly dry midday; showers from about 18:00.

Low 09:27-0.21 m
High 16:260.36 m
Low 17:290.36 m

Daytime range ~0.6 m (neaps approaching); 16:26 high and 17:29 low are the same height, so expect a long stand. Slack can differ from tide times; confirm with your dive op.

Visibility (estimate)

Sabang bays
8-12 m
Outer sites
10-18 m
Afternoon
10-15 m

Estimate only (Fair): Sat model rain is light (~2.7 mm, mostly evening), so runoff should be small; Sun ~5.3 mm, much of it overnight or after 18:00; small E wind-waves ~0.15-0.25 m; weak neap currents. Heavier rain than the model (the official outlook mentions scattered rains and thunderstorms) would lower viz in the bays. No dated diver viz reports used.

Tomorrow's forecast, refreshed at noon daily. The wind model is coarse: all three points share one wind value. Open-Meteo daily rain ~5.3 mm. The official outlook (04:00 Sat) has scattered rains and thunderstorms for the region from a low pressure area far to the east, and no tropical cyclone inside PAR. Confirm slack times with your dive op. Depths are typical ranges, not verified per site.
